Congratulations to all the winners on the day – there was some exceptional scoring in all categories.
A massive thank you to all the members of Coventry Hearsall Golf Club for allowing us to use the fantastic facilities for the event. Thank you to Chris and his greens team who presented the course immaculately. Its difficult to believe we are still in April given the condition of the course. Thank you to Ian, Vicky and Gary for making the day possible logistically, to Anna and her team for keeping all the players, parents and teachers well fed and watered throughout the day and to Lew Whiteley who kindly acted as starter for the event, which the competitors particularly enjoyed.
To the Championship Committee, thanks to Mark Reynolds and Alastair Scott giving up their days to referee the event (Happy Birthday Alastair!) and to Chris Brown for assisting with the administration throughout the day.
Lastly thank you to all the competitors and parents without whom the event could not happen. We look forward to welcoming you back to the event in 2026.
